The philosophy of yoga, rooted in India, is the oldest system of personal development in the world that encompasses body, mind and spirit. The underlying purpose of yoga is to re-unite the individual soul with the spirit and the essence of all existence.

The Ancient Yogis understood mans essential nature and what he needs in order to live in harmony with himself and his environment. These yogis perceived the physical body as your vehicle, the mind as your driver, and the soul as your true identity, action, emotion and intelligence. By maintaining a healthy body and mind we can attain harmony within ourselves and our world, thereby reaching the ultimate goal of yoga.

Private 1 Hour Yoga Session

All sessions are designed on a case by case basis according to individual goals. Most every session will include: breath work (pranayama), physical yoga poses (asanas and/or kriyas), and relaxation exercises depending on your specific needs and goals.

Sessions are available on zoom or in home on a case by case basis.

Laura is originally trained in the Kundalini & Sivananda Yogic Traditions and her sessions are currently heavily based on these forms. Being a self proclaimed “Yoga Junkie” 🙂 she has studied and has in the past incorporated into her sessions a variety of different yoga styles, meditation practices, and teachings mainly from the traditions of Kundalini, Sivananda, Satchidananda, Ammachi, Vinyasa, Jivamukti and Yin Yoga.
