Tomorrow is the Full Moon! You might already be experiencing its FULL Energy 😉
All Full Moons represent a “coming to” point, a fullness, completion — whether its some energy you have been carrying with you all month that needs to release or some experience that is arriving at its apex– the energy can be intense in its fullness.
This month the energy has to do with Clarity and Decisiveness. If these two things are things you have been struggling with then this moons energy might seem particularly stressful for you.

I will be conducting a Fall 5 – Class Yoga Series on all things related to this Fall Energetic. As with everything, you will find a physical as well as emotional component to the Fall Energy.
This series will focus on the characteristics of the ruling Element of the Fall: The Metal Element.
As understood through Chinese Medicine the characteristics of this Element include Immune Strengthening (yes, this includes your Auric Field 🙂, Digestive Health and Balance, Lung Strengthening (Breathwork), & Spirit & Mental Mind Strengthen.
Classes will be LIVE on Zoom for 5 Thursdays in a row at 11:30 am EST starting on October 2.
